Version: 1.4 (using KDE 3.4.0, Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker) Compiler: gcc version 3.4.3 (Mandrakelinux 10.2 3.4.3-7mdk) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8.1-20mdk When I use Umbrello to prepare UML class diagrams I always end up spending excessively long time to get association lines in straight angles. See: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~lehvasla/omgsnp/ It would be of great help it would be possible to limit the association line angles to, say, 15 degrees. It think the most flexible way of doing this would be have this property set at the class diagram level - with an ability to override the setting within the individual association lines. This would be an alternative to 'snap to grid' mode. Thanks, -Heikki
> This would be an alternative to 'snap to grid' mode. While you mention it: Creating straight lines is mainly what snap-to-grid is meant to do, so if that doesn't work for you let's fix it (?)
@heikki: what do you think of snapping elements to the grid?
Snapping elements to grid works for associations, too. I can not remember what was the problem at the time. It was a few years ago. :)
