When having many diagrams in a project, using the tab view their names are abbreviated to an ellipsis. It would be good to have the behavior of quanta that does not do this, instead, it displays only a limited number of tabs at a time.

Well, it was just added as feature. :-)

It's a feature.  Having to scroll tabs is a pain.

You can set Umbrello to have diagrams in the tree view instead of tabs.
