Description Richard Bos 2005-03-05 23:38:08 UTC
Version: kde-3.2.2 (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

korganizer's timezone is not set without user intervention. This may result in
korganizer displaying the incorrect time for appointments and in case common
resource files are used.

In my case there was an incorrect 1 hour difference between my and my collegues calender,
while using the same file and being in the same office...

I think that korganizer should initialize it's timezone from kcontrol, in case the latter
has the timezone set. Or perhaps the timezone should be asked when korganizer is run
for the 1st time?

Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created
korganizer-devel mailing list.

Timezone is initialized to system preferences at first start.
