This doesnt show up in the compose window, but in the sent mail. The recipient also receives this message with the appended old message. Example: My complete message to my coworker was "Do users get emails when they have received an approval for a reservation?" But in Sent Mail, this is the message that was sent Do users get emails when they have received an approval for a reservation? tatus: RS X-KMail-EncryptionState: X-KMail-SignatureState: X-KMail-MDN-Sent: Up to you, but why not? I cut it to save space.
Ive turned encryption off and disabled automatic appending of signatures. Will check if this occurs anymore.
I dont understand... Please provide more info...
I use KMail on a daily basis and I can't confirm this bug from my experience with the program over the last two years at least. I tried to reproduce that behaviour with KMail from trunk r860760 reusing a 'really' long back and forth sent mail and cannot confirm. I'd suggest to close the bug since nobody was able to give additional information or confirmation.
I thought I closed this ticket a long long (like 2 years) ago. My issues went away after my upstream repackaged and released a new version. Sorry for the inconvenience and lack of attention on my part.
