Version: 1.5 (using KDE KDE 3.4.0) Installed from: Compiled From Sources Compiler: gcc-2.95.3 self-compiled on RedHat 9 OS: Linux In my setting, I hide the menubar, tab bar and the scrollbar, set translucency and remove the window decorations. On disabling the 'show frame' in 'configure konsole', I still get the frame. The frame does not get hidden.
My patch for 99884 borked this. I reverted that patch so this is fixed. --noframe is still broke.
Even if the frame is disabled, there still remains a frame around the konsole window,u sing KDE 3.5.5 here. I don't know if this is from the tabbing or whatever, but it would be nice to get a "perfect fullscreen" without any frames or borders.
Yes, that frame is from the tab widget. There is actually another open bug report about this so I will leave this one closed.
Can you mention the bug that is similar? Perhaps we could mark this as a dup of that one (or the other way round).
The particular bug mentioned in this report is fixed, but there are other issues with the frame which are documented in other reports.
