Description Rudolf Kollien 2005-02-26 19:02:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

In my sight, it would be a great feature if events/todos could be filtered by categories when exporting a calendar to html. Currently it's only possible to hide private/confidential events/todos. Selecting events/todos by one or more categories would be a great facility.

I my korganizer i hold all my events (private and business). Hiding the private/confidentials are ok. But f.e. differencing the business contacts among each other are not possible. So when i export the calendar to html all my business partners know the meetings i have with the otherones. Not very cool :-( Therfore i currently edit the html file by hand.

With filtering by categorie there came up many potentials:

- You can export a html calendar for specified projects if categorie=project
- You simply can create protocols for accounts (as neccessary in germany for correct invocies) if categorie=customer (or project)
- and .... and ... and ...

Html export IS a great feature. With categorie filters it would be a incomparable feature ;-)
