In the dialog I got from pressing the 'New' button in the proxy kcm I type "localhost" (without the quotes).
I then get a dialog telling me the address I entered was not valid.

This surprises me a lot since in the examples in that dialog the entry localhost is present as an example how it SHOULD be !!
