The way we get the modified status is a hack. This needs window manager support. I only use xinerama for a couple of weeks now, but I miss this feature a lot. I try to use the mouse as little as possible so a shortcut to move a window to another screen (like 'move window to the screen (right, left, above, below)' would be really helpful. Right now I am using 'pack window to the left/right' to move a window to the left/right screen. This works fine but it's tedious and it does not support moving maximized windows (I'd like to be able to move maximized windows as well). I'm using KDE 3.4.3 atm. Kicker does not exist any more and the replacement does not show the modified icon -> WORKSFORME |
