It's supported, but you need libidn to be installed. Do you have it? you need libidn for international domain names. Thanks a lot, gentlemen! Works perfectly after installing libidn. I'll tell the people at http://getidn.org to modify their browser testing routine. Go on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internationalized_domain_name. Try exemples. All work on firefox, none on konqueror (and I have libidn installed). The list of domains in wikipedia is firefox specific. No other browser supports IDN on .com domains. The reason is that .com allow IDN name spoofing which is serious security issue the Mozilla people are chosen to ignore in the name of a fancy feature. |
