When I (physically) print this page it is missing the HTML table.

The page is laid out perfectly except there is a large blank space where the table should be.  Even on print preview the table is missing.  (This proves my printer toner isn't "magically" blank over the area.)

The not print-friendly version is using IFRAMES. So the bug is similar to #19921
