Some browsers show the title of the urls that appear in the location bar autocompletion.

Example:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77533         (Please implement win lottery button)
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77534         (crash on browsing xyz.org)

Try opera of Mozilla Fx to see the feature.
Please add this to konqueror too :-)
