please update to KDE 3.1, KDE 2.2 is no longer supported Subject: Re: Cannot access address book Most likely you didn't install the RPMs that contain the address book application. Depending on the address book that you configured KMail to use this is either kdepim or kdeutils (or some other package I forgot about because KDE 2.2 is already veeery old). I have this problem too, but I'm running Kubuntu 5.04 w/ KDE 3.4 & Kmail 1.8. I've both the kdepim & kdeutils packages, and running kaddressbook from the commandline works fine. As above, kaddressbook command works. |
