Description Malte Starostik 2003-01-16 23:31:38 UTC
Version: 2.2.0 (using KDE 3.1.9)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.0 3.2-1mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19-16mdk

SSIA, when restoring via SM, if Young Hickory is in use and the main GUI was hidden on shutdown, it should restore to that state. Also, kjofol's splash-screen should not appear on session restore.

Thanks,
-Malte

Then turn it off in options.

mitigates the described problem until 49025 is fixed

Hi,

the attached patch adds a checkbox to "Young Hickory's" settings widget to let
the user hide the interface at the startup of "Young Hickory" and implements
the necessary functionality.

We can't restore the interface's visiblity state since there is no library
interface provided for that purpose, as far as I could see the interface plugin
is not even accessible from napp.

When bug http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49025 is fixed this patch becomes
obsolete of course.

Closing it as UNMAINTAINED, as noatun seems to be dead.
