A general way of "trigger if program 'X' returns <true|false>" would be very useful, and would instantly allow integration with bogofilter, spamassasin, as well as any other custom mail-recognition program. Related it would also be super if it was possible to say: "if 'X' then pipe message trough 'program'", this allows integration with any of the many tools who markup or change mail in any way. For example I could use a html-cleaner tool for removing any unwanted html from html-messages, or pipe messages in ALL-CAPS trough "tr A-Z a-z" (to give a silly example) >Related it would also be super if it was possible to say: > "if 'X' then pipe message trough 'program'", this allows integration with any of > the many tools who markup or change mail in any way. For example I could use a > html-cleaner tool for removing any unwanted html from html-messages, or pipe > messages in ALL-CAPS trough "tr A-Z a-z" (to give a silly example) This is of course possible possible since ages through he use of filters. In KMail HEAD, you can additionally enter arbitrary filters into a special menu below "Message". The rest of this bug report is a dup of bug 46826 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 46826 *** |
