I've setup okular 4.13 beta2 to open new files in tabs
This work with open new files.
This doesn't work when you drag & drop files from dolphin, one by one or select several pdf and press enter

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure okular to open files in tabs
2. Select several files to the opened okular
3. See the results
Actual Results:  
All files are opened in several okular windows

Expected Results:  
all files opened in one okular windows in several tabs
