(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kicker
Version: KDE 2.2.1
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 2.95.3
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: GNU C library 2.2.2

In KDE 1 taskbar entries on different desktops were separated by a small gap so you could easily tell which apps were on which desktop together. While the "sort by desktop" feature of KDE 2 is very welcome it bunches all the tasks together next to each other so I can't tell if the konsole next to my konqueror (on the taskbar) is on the next desktop or the same one.

Replaced kde@vimacs.dhs.org with null@kde.org due to bounces by reporter

This bug is really ancient, and we're -positive- it's a dupe, somewhere.

I tried finding the dup that comment 2 claims exists, but failed. I resurrected this wish as bug 139868.
