The scrollbars are misaligned in LibreOffice components.

Sorry, this should be fixed in LibO not oxygen-gtk. Otherwise we'll have to detect each minor release versions of LibO and adapt to its changes every new release.
Please reopen if someone proves that LibO changes are example of correct usage of GTK and it's oxygen-gtk which does its job badly.
I'm already CC'ed to fdo#66829, but currently don't have time to dig LibO again.
