Description federico.fieni 2013-08-28 14:08:23 UTC
Normal behavior is that when you select a color inside the advanced color selector and then change the hue, the color selector circle stays in position, respecting tint and shade.
If you select a color from canvas with Ctrl+Click and then change hue, the color selector circle always shifts to the last position it had when a color was selected directly inside the color selector.
I think it would me more useful to pick a color form canvas and then being able to change color hue preserving that same tint or shade.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select color from canvas
2. Change color hue inside color selector
Actual Results:
The color selector circle shifts to the last position it had when a color was selected inside the color selector.

Expected Results:
The color selector circle should stay in place while changing hues.

Maybe it is related to bug 317648 but I guess it's a different problem https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317648
