This is pretty much the same as the requested features in Bug # 36528, which I 
unfortunately found before I found this bug, and to which I added a long 
explanation of how I think the audiocd KIOSlave and kcmaudiocd should behave...

I hope my explanation makes some sense!

This have been implemented in kcmaudiocd for some time now.
