Alt+F1 does not work consistently between msnu styles and after switching

1. press Alt+F1
(Kickoff comes up)
2. switch to classic menu style
3. press Alt+F1
(nothing happens)
4. switch back to kickoff menu style
5. press Alt+F1
(nothing happens)
