Konqueror does not appear to honor ICC color profiles in images. Note that Safari and Firefox 3.0 do (when enabled in Firefox in about:config gfx.color_management.enabled).

Thanks for the bug report. I'm not familiar with color profiles, but could it be that this is the same problem as in bug 159517?
