Description Dirk Stoecker 2008-05-27 15:38:29 UTC
Version:           0.6.3 (using 4.0.4 (KDE 4.0.4 >= 20080505) "release 19.3", compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.22.17-0.1-default

Following CHM-File shows several errors in CHM-Viewer:
http://www.u-blox.com/customersupport/gps.g3/ANTARIS_Protocol_Specification(GPS.G3-X-03002).chm

Problems:

a) Each page has different size. This is not usable for printing.
b) long lines are not broken
c) Long pages are not broken and the file has some very long pages. This is especially unusable in presentation mode.
d) Some pages contain very long white trailers.

My request:
1) Please fix the bugs (long lines, long pages).
2) Allow a display form, where printing is possible (I know this is not really good possible for Windows as well, but Linux should be better, shouldn't it).

Thanks for the report Dirk. I know it's been a long time since this was reported but I am asking if you can still replicate the issue. The link provided is broken so I can't download the file to test.

Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved. I'm setting status to "needsinfo" pending your response, please change back to "reported" or "resolved" when you respond, thanks.

I have no idea whether this is still the case. I attached the file for reference.
