Description Yukiko Bando 2007-10-29 14:32:31 UTC
Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
OS: Linux

When started embedded in Kontact, KOrgnizer uses the translation of "Forward" as in "Forward a mail" for the button text of "Forward" (Go forward) on the main toolbar. The tooltip shows the correct translation and this problem does not occur when started standalone.

(This report is same as #151454. I didn't receive a mail so filed again in case it was not processed properly...)

It's not a translation bug. The "Forward" and "&Forward" in korganizer.po are both translated properly as "Move forward". The problem is, as Martin Schlander pointed out on the i18n-doc mailing list, that the translation from kmail.po (which means "Forward an email") is used for the icon text on the main toolbar and also for the menu item when launched as part of Kontact.

Seems fixed in r743639.
