Bug 147127

After starting Kmix ( german translation ) i can disable with keyboard STRG+M the " Menüleiste ". That works and the function ( disable and visable ) works well.
 
But by clicking with the mouse on the button " Einstellungen ", next i see on top the word " Menüleiste einblenden " and that is the opposite of the thing i want to do. Next i make a right click and i see the words " Menüleiste ausblenden " and that´s again the opposite, because the line is already disabled and now i want it visable again. 

Doing this two clicks again, the translation and the function are now the same. Now it seems that translation and function are in order.

Doing this once more two clicks, the translation and the function is again the opposite. The " Menüleiste " says " visible, but the function is disable.

Please feel free for asking me at any time if you can´t understand something is tried to explain.
