inserts a phpbb2 forum within an iframe within a table. This rendered correctly until 3.5.6 (only vertical scrollbar in the frame when needed to display all forums).

3.5.6 incorrectly introduces a horizontal and vertical scrollbar for the whole page (in addition to the vertical scrollbar in the frame) no matter how big the window is set. Setting the iframe width and height to less than 100% removes the vertical scrollbar, but not the horizontal one. If I make the window too small in height to display the whole forum, the horizontal scrollbar disappears and only the (correct) vertical scrollbar remains.
