Description Constantine Tsardounis 2006-12-15 01:53:39 UTC
Version: 0.5.5 (using KDE 3.5.5, Kubuntu (edgy) 4:3.5.5-0ubuntu3)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.17-10-generic

While I am scrolling the document, gray lines appear in GNOME and kpdf toolbars and menubars. Actually in the whole screen, except the moving parts (i.e. pages and thumbnailed pages on the left) of the screen).
I believe the gray lines are part of the all-page X gray lines that show before the text of that page loads (why the text loads first in lower resolution, and then cleans up? that's annoying... could it be done quicklier?).
The document is http://www.ipab.informatics.ed.ac.uk/PROPOSALS/crook_thesis_proposal.pdf but I have noticed it in other documents, too.
