It must also be noted that such "renegade" downloads do not respond to the queue, delay, or pause buttons to stop. The icons may change to denote the different statuses but the download continues nevertheless. I can confirm the above mentioned bug with my SuSE Version 10.0 KGet V.0.8.4 with KDE 3.4.2 level b Frank This is a real show-stopper bug! This makes me look for a different download manager than KGet. That's bad. I'm distressed that this bug has not even been confirmed, let alone assigned. If I had enough KDE/Qt/C++ knowledge, I would try to fix it myself. As it is, I'm forced to bug the developers like this. Sorry, but I am doing this only because I feel the bug is serious.
