Not too hard to implement, not too easy to make a sane GUI for. If you have ideas, let me know please. I will try to think of something as well. I also wanted to suggest such a feature. And by the way, synaptic filter shows only orphaned libraries, however, 'deborphan -a' is also very nice thing. How can you represent it in GUI? Add next line to filters "Show:" and "with:", called, let's say "Other:" (like in synaptic) or "Extra:" and add two check boxes "Orphaned" and "Residual config". By the way, is it possible to select only all libraries using Debian tags? I cannot find an appropriate tag somehow ... Pushing back to 3.2, based on arbitrary random decision...
