Sorry, this is a wish for Akregator, not for Kontact Hmm, Akregator shows you the favicon of the site before the name on the feedlist. Isn't this what you want? If not, please be more specific. Just what I think he wants to say: If you have selected a feed folder, articles of several feeds get merged into the article list, with an additional column "feed". He wants this column to get moved to the left side of the list and the entries to be replaced by their favicon. Changed bug title, please complain if that was not what you intended to say. Thanks. That was exacly what I wanted to say :) Ah... 1. Select root folder 2. Article list has now 1 extra column (to show the feed): e.g. Article FEED LONG redundand Date Your Google Base Att... | Google Blogoscoped |2006-04-28 20:24 suggestion a) Standard List, with short Date Article FEED NICE pixel-saving Date Your Google Base Att... | Google Blogoscoped |20:24 yesterday b) Article List with FAVICON enabled, FAVICON put in first Column FEED Article NICE smart DATE for display FAVICON Your Google Base Attributes 20:24 yesterday Date could be made shorter so you have in most cases only hours and minutes but not the ever same year month day. The favicon could be put in there, the problem is it would partially conflict with state flags like the "Important" flag. There's no problem with the state flags if there are two icon columns (they don't take too much space). *** Bug 149400 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved. On 5.15.1 the column still shows the name and not the icon. |
