Sry english is not my native lang!
Shuffle across the canvas with ctrl + clamped button on the stylus/ rmb on the mouse. At some point, movement becomes impossible to zoom in or out of the canvas, or move around it щr use a pipette. In general, everything what related to ctrl.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hold down ctrl
2. Move around the canvas, drawing any lines, then moving around the canvas again.
or
2. move around the canvas, drawing any lines, roll up krita and go to the browser for a sec (for example), then moving around the canvas again.
3. Repeat several times

OBSERVED RESULT
the inability to move anywhere

EXPECTED RESULT
move/zoom in/out/rotate the canvas

Maybe this is a mistake only for the Russian version, because I did not find it in the English forums idk, this bug appeared about a month or two ago...
