When Kooka is open I have lost the required display which is shown in the HELP and documentation.  I do not seem to be able to recover the initail 3 part screen

Collecting all of the "dock widgets" problems here.

Hopefully the Kooka GUI will get rewritten (it needs to happen for KDE4) to solve all of these :-)
