DESCRIPTION Certain (seemingly Kirigami) applications such as Discover and System Settings no longer respect the "Frames and Outlines Contrast" setting in a user's color scheme. Other apps like Dolphin and KCalc still reflect the setting as normal. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a color scheme with a custom Frames and Outlines Contrast value (ie. 0% or 100%) 2. Apply the color scheme 3. Open a Kirigami application like Discover OBSERVED RESULT Frames will use a default contrast value. EXPECTED RESULT Frames will use the custom contrast value set in the color scheme. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Fedora Linux 44 KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.29.0 Qt Version: 6.11.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The issue also appears in a fresh install of Fedora 44 in a VM. Did not appear until updating the system to the latest version of Plasma.

PlatformTheme: Insert frameContrast to the data In case we do not have data, we never updated the frameContrast to it from the platformTheme, causing us to sometimes get default value even when framecontrast was set. This adds the frameContrast to the PlatformThemePrivate and makes sure it gets updated first, then updates the data. If we have no data, we get the current frameContrast from PlatformThemePrivate.
