STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Install the Hannah Montana theme. 2. Remove the Hannah Montana theme by clicking the "Remove permanently" button. 3. Open Firefox/Zen Browser, then download a file, and look at the download window. OBSERVED RESULT The file icon has its Hannah Montana theme. EXPECTED RESULT It should have been removed permanently as the button says. Can confirm, the icon set does not get deleted, everything else does.
