Here bookmarks, browser history, browser tabs, and help runner are disabled from default

DESCRIPTION
Disabling or enabling plugins doesn't highlight them even though the sidebar shows the dot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable or disable a plugin

OBSERVED RESULT
The setting doesn't get highlighted

EXPECTED RESULT
The setting should get highlighted
