STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Launcher
2. Hover on a category

OBSERVED RESULT
No visual feedback

EXPECTED RESULT
Items are highlighted on hover

Plasma does not use Union yet, so I don't see how this would break with Union. It's more likely a problem with your Plasma theme.

It' s not a problem with a particular theme. I' m able to reproduce this on every theme when the option on launcher preferences "Switch sidebar categories when hovering over them" is enabled.

Should be fixed in 6.7.1.
