Issue in Plasma

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a single text in the clipboard.
2. Hover it.
3. Try to unhover it.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Clipboard's buttons can't be unhovered away.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only show the buttons over the text when the cursor is over the text, that way the text can be read.

klipper: only show delegate buttons when relevant

Klipper shows action buttons on the currentItem, and fades out part of
the content to do so. This makes it harder to see what the entry is,
unless the user highlights another item, and isn't always necessary.
This applies in particular as nothing unsets the currentItem once set;
so one entry will always be truncated this way (except on the applet
before the first time a delegate is hovered), and if there is a single
entry in the history, it's not possible to remove it at all. Keeping the
currentItem makes sense, as it makes clear which item will be selected
when pressing enter. The buttons on the other hand are only sometimes
relevant: if (a) the user is interacting with klipper using the keyboard
or (b) when the pointer is over the delegate (and could click them).

So we instead show the buttons only if the delegate is hovered, or if
the last currentItem change was intiated by keyboard (defaulting to
off in applets, and on in the Meta+V popup, as the user typically
invoked this by keyboard). We need to track manually whether the last
interaction was by keyboard or mouse, as ListView does not set an
appropriate FocusReason so visualFocus will not work. To make this work
well, we also need to remove the smallSpacing between items (or moving
the pointer over the list feels glitchy due to the dead zone where no
delegate is hovered), but the delegates have ample padding anyway, so
spacing them further apart doesn't seem necessary.
