Issue in File Picker

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open File Picker.
2. Hover over thumbnails.

OBSERVED RESULT
Their bottom row of pixels are missing.

EXPECTED RESULT
The entire thumbnail should be visible.

I did some testing.

1. it is only reproducible with a display scale above 100%
2. it is only reproducible in the file picker, not in Dolphin (in case these are related)
3. it is not reproducible with vector graphics
