selection glitch/bug

SUMMARY
When you make a selection and invert it, there is an out of bounds glitch
which occurs, causing the inverted selection to grab a portion outside
of the canvas, beyond the document size margins.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a document and using your lasso tool on a new layer, draw your selection area
2. After the selection area is active, use "CTRL + SHIFT + I" to invert(
Or use the top bar options menu : "Select > Invert Selection"

OBSERVED RESULT
After inversion, a portion going beyond the Canvas bounds is also
included in the selection area.

EXPECTED RESULT
No portion beyond the Canvas Bounds should be selected after inversion.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10 Pro 22H2
