rpm-ostree: Limit filesystem watcher triggers

We only need to be triggered once on changes in deployments thus drop
all paths from the watcher to avoid triggering on each file change.

rpm-ostree: Limit filesystem watcher triggers

We only need to be triggered once on changes in deployments thus drop
all paths from the watcher to avoid triggering on each file change.
