Created attachment 191709 [details] ScreenRecording SUMMARY On a fresh boot, the buttons Sleep, Hibernate, Restart, Shutdown are missing from the menus. It happens for "Application Dashboard", "Application Launcher" and "Application Menu". After restarting plasma, the buttons are back. `kquitapp6 plasmashell && sleep 1 && kstart plasmashell` I have had the issue for months now (iirc since about February or March and I update weekly). I think it is some race condition, becauce it used to be 50/50 random, but then I added `iommu=pt` to my grub options to fix hibernation and now it happens 100% of the time on a fresh boot. I tested removing the grub boot option and it became random again. I have a laptop with a very similar arch linux setup that does not have the issue. See video for showcase. I don't know exactly what settings or configs might cause that and how to reproduce it. I don't see anything relevant in the system log. If you have suggestions for what further info I can provide, please let me know.
