STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pair a phone using KDE Connect and make sure the phone is visible
2. Plug in a disk and reformat it to be LUKS-encrypted; unlock and mount it
2. Set up a backup plan using Kup, targeting the disk
3. Begin the backup manually if needed

OBSERVED RESULT
The notification puts the name of my KDE-Connect-paired phone at the beginning of the path it says it's backing up to!

EXPECTED RESULT
The notification shows the correct path to the disk.

otherwise plasmashell may trip over incorrect string->url conversion
