STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download a slightly heavy video.
2. The moment the video file appears on the Desktop, start dragging it.
3. Wait for the .part file to disappear in order to confirm the file has been fully downloaded.
4. Look at the dragged video file's icon, drop it, then look at it again.

OBSERVED RESULT
Video files are unable to gain their thumbnails while they're being dragged.

EXPECTED RESULT
The video file should have its thumbnail loaded after the download was complete.
