Network widget

SUMMARY
My network widget icon is showing its disconnected, despite the fact the ethernet cable is connected and is working properly

OBSERVED RESULT
Network widget icon is showing its disconnected
Ethernet is working fine

EXPECTED RESULT
Network icon should show its connected
