Created attachment 189822 [details] This is what the panel looks like after I load my saved theme. SUMMARY I saved my current theme under Global Themes after upgrading to Plasma 6.6. When I wen to load that theme again, the theme did not load correctly. The colors seems to take on the previously loaded theme until I reboot, and the panel height is huge! I had my panel initially set at 46 when I saved it, and when I loaded that theme, the panel height was 60. Note: It seems the color issue was resolved after an update to PLasma-Settings this morning, but the panel issue still remains. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Go to System Settings > Colors & Themes > Global Theme 2. Save your current theme 3. Choose a different theme from the Global Theme list and apply it 4. Choose your saved theme and apply it OBSERVED RESULT The Panel height is 60. Reboot does not fix the issue (I have to manually set the height to what I want it to be at). EXPECTED RESULT I expect the theme to look exactly like it did when I saved it. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 43 (Plasma) KDE Plasma Version: 6.6 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0 Qt Version: 6.10.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION It doesn't seem to matter what I am using in terms of Plasma style, colors, window decorations, etc.

Created attachment 189828 [details] Just noticed that this happens as well. My wallpaper slideshow still works, but the settings portion is all sorts of messed up.
I also just noticed that when loading the saved theme, it does not load the correct Plasma Style (it seems to load the default breeze plasma style).
Thanks for the bug report. We need a few more details in order to find out what's happening. If this is still happening in Plasma 6.6.5: 1. When you load your custom theme, in the popup which option are you selecting? - Appearance settings - Desktop and window layout 2. Can you please create a zip file with the contents of your theme and attach it to this report? It will be saved under this directory with the theme name ~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/ So create a zip of ~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/themename and attach it. Thanks!
