1. Open the KDE Welcome Center app.
2. Click Next to get to the error message.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
An error message as shown in the attached file.

EXPECTED RESULT
Something other than an error message. Not sure what to expect.

This is a packaging issue in your distro; see Bug 511809. Please tell them to install the QtNetworks QML module as a mandatory dependency for plasma-welcome.
