when I try to integrade digikam 8.3, 8.4, and 8.5 with th appimage lauchner into my system I am getting the error message: "Fehler beim Registrieren des AppImages im System via libappimage."
digikam 8.2 is working.

Could you please fix the problem. I am running a Debian 12 system and I face the prolem on different installed systems.

The solution in bug 492813 dosen't work Qt5 is causing the same error message

The test with the Qt5 version was about whether external programs could be started. This is still a duplicate of Bug 492813 because digiKam cannot be integrated into the AppImageLauncher.
There is also the possibility that it is an AppImageLauncher bug:

Unfortunately no answer from the AppImageLauncher developers yet...
