I’m having issues to update, whenever I try I get the following error:

Fatal error: The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   neon-desktop: Depends: kinfocenter but it is not going to be installed
                 Depends: sddm-theme-breeze but it is not going to be installed
                 Recommends: firefox but it is not going to be installed
                 Recommends: kate but it is not going to be installed
                 Recommend: ksshaskpass but it is not going to be installed
                 Recommends: okular but it is not going to be installed
                 Recommend: plasma-nm but it is not going to be installed
                 Recommends: plasma-widgets-addons but it is not going to be installed
                 Recommend: plasma-workspace-wayland but it is not going to be installed
   kio: Depends: libkf5wallet5 but it is not going to be installed
   libkf5khtml5: Depends: libkf5wallet5 but it is not going to be installed
   plasma-desktop: Depends: plasma-workspace (>= 4:5.14) but it is not going to be installed
                   Recommend: kinfocenter (>= 4:5.14) but it is not going to be installed
                   Recommend: ksshaskpass (>= 4:5.14) but it is not going to b

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch konsole.
2. Run sudo pkcon refresh
3. Run sudo pkcon update

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Neon Testing doesn't update due to unmet dependencies.

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Neon Testing should update without issues regarding unmet dependencies.

I think this was due to the new gpgme while the old one from Ubuntu still has an apt pin.  Please try upgrading now.  You may need to do so twice as the new pin will only be installed once neon-settings-2 is upgraded.

Yes, if I first do a:

    pkcon update neon-settings-2

then the:

    pkcon update

works fine...
