SUMMARY
When changing any of the settings in System Settings --> Touchpad, the said changes do not save after applying and exiting.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to System Settings --> Touchpad.
2. Make a change (e.g., check Natural Scrolling).
3. Click Apply.
4. Exit back to All Settings.
5. Return to the Touchpad module.
6. The setting reverts back to default.

OBSERVED RESULT
Changes to the kcm_touchpad component in systemsettings are non-persistent.

EXPECTED RESULT
Changes to the kcm_touchpad component in systemsettings are persistent.
