SUMMARY
When I open the settings window for the first time and select "Metadata" section,
it looks like what we can see in the attached screenshot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open digikam
2. open its settings window
3. select "Metadata" section

OBSERVED RESULT
horizontal scroll bar is present even when the screen has enough space to display the window entirely

EXPECTED RESULT
adjust the size of settings window to eliminate the horizontal scroll bar
when the screen has enough space to display the window entirely
