Since the last update installed (26 june 2018), the screen for dolphin is busted. It first crashed continiously after the update completed, but after the reboot the file listings at least displayed again without closing. However the window frame offsets are still incorrect. It also pops up with the Baloo file extracter crashing.
Could you provide a screenshot? This would make it easier for us to understand your problem. Thanks for reporting!

This is probably bug in qt5 5.9.6. I installed version 5.9.4 (from koji) and the problem is resolved.

I have applied the patch at https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/233482/ to qt5-qtbase-5.9.6-1.fc27.x86_64 and can confirm that this fixes the problem, and Dolphin now displays correctly. The problem does not occur with a later version - qt5-qtbase-5.10.1-6.fc28.x86_64. RG.
